Mounds of creamy tangy coleslaw partner with the delicious flavor of this uniquely flavored hot dog!
|1 emballage||Maple Leaf Canadian CraftMC Montreal Style Smoked Hot Dogs|
|5||hot dog buns, split|
|1 397 g||pkg colorful coleslaw|
|1 1/4 tasse||(325 ml) mayonnaise|
|1 c. à soupe||(15 ml) mustard|
|1/2 tasse||(125 ml) red onion, thinly sliced|
In a large bowl combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place hot dogs into pot and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook hot dogs for 4 to 5 minutes or until and internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Remove onto paper towel lined plate.
Assemble hot dogs by dividing coleslaw between hot dog buns followed by Hot dogs. Serve immediately.
Alternatively BBQ hot dogs and buns. Serve with salted kettle chips.
